About Me
Hello! My name is Deborah Brooks. I live in Oakland, CA. That’s next to Berkeley and across the Bay from San Francisco. This is a beautiful town. This is what it looks like right now:

Tutoring Experience
In English schools, I have taught writing, grammar, TOEFL Preparation, reading, conversation, idioms, vocabulary, pronunciation (accent reduction), and basic literacy.
In Computer schools, I have taught basic Windows computer skills, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, basic Macintosh skills, Email, Internet and digital photography.
I have taught workplace preparation, resume writing, interview skills and personl presentation skills to both Americans and immigrants.
I have taught Spanish language in Adult School, for community groups and privately. I enjoy using music to teach language. Although I'm not a native speaker of Spanish, I have spoken it for more than 30 years.
I would like to be your personal tutor! I have worked with students from many different countries and from very beginning to very advanced levels.
